Nicole Breuklander
Vice President, Financial Asset Management

In her role as Vice President, Financial Asset Management, Ms. Breuklander is responsible for the oversight of all property level financial aspects for the CNA portfolio. She also heads the project management and oversight for large-scale capital improvement and property remodeling projects. Prior to joining CNA, Ms. Breuklander was Portfolio Manager for Douglas Emmett, responsible for the operations and financial performance of their Class A high rise assets in Century City, Beverly Hills, and Brentwood. 

Ms. Breuklander received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economic Studies from the University of California Los Angeles and has her California Real Estate Salesperson's License.
